During my 10-month internship at ZayStack, I worked closely with the company’s digital marketing team to create content that resonates with diverse audiences. One of my key projects involved researching cybersecurity impacts on employees and designing a Cybersecurity Awareness Week for ZayStack’s client. By simplifying messages on cyber security and relating them to everyday life—beyond just workplace protocols— led to the employees being more engaged and responsive, and improved adoption of safe, everyday online habits. This project taught me the power of storytelling that speaks to personal experiences and makes complex concepts approachable.
For ZayStack’s brand presence, I developed monthly content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including posts for their InterviewClub platform. A highlight of this experience was creating an annual year-end celebration video that showcased ZayStack’s journey, focusing on the brand’s growth and it's evolving story. This strengthened my skills in digital content creation and intentional, human-centred storytelling for a deeper connect with audiences.
